they dodged all responsibility, though they eventually issued a partial refund. A few years later, the same scenario played out—just under a different business name—with absolutely no way to contact them. Two desks arrived damaged in their boxes. The product quality was just as bad as before—looking like production rejects or scrap material. Communication was strictly via email, and I even sent photos. They sent replacement parts, but they didn't fit—the dimensions were wrong. The battle dragged on for over six months. I finally gave up and just threw the cheap desks in the trash. Don't be fooled by the low prices. What you actually get is cheap junk made from manufacturing waste. That is the reality of the situation. The people behind this are from China; they speak the language and know how to access the Chinese market for manufacturing waste. They operate in the Australian and US markets, exclusively online. They know full well that customers in Australia have virtually no consumer protection—what exists is merely on paper. They face no consequences for shipping this shoddy goods and again,again ,again. Because who will stops them????

no responses, and when I do receive a reply it often avoids the actual issue. I was offered a store credit, which I DID NOT ACCEPT, yet I have now been told that I have a store credit and therefore will not receive a refund.
I find it completely unacceptable that a store credit I never agreed to can simply be imposed on me and then used to dismiss my refund request.
I have tried repeatedly to resolve this reasonably and directly with Dshop. I simply want my refund dealt with properly.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I could not recommend Dshop.

Rugs were so flimsy and poor quality that in gifting then to op shop. In pic you can see a 3 metre square rug that can fold into a backpack size! That's how bad the quality is!
Bought a desk, came when it was due, looked as described, very nice. It has some screws missing and it arrived immediately after contacting customer service.
Brown chocolate mat definitely not what the picture looks like. It kinda reminds me of a bathroom mat one that moves and can slip over when walking on mat. Will never buy of the site again. Very disappointed ☹️

Bought a 3m x5m tarp. Quality terrible, edges not sealed or stitched, basically see though the tarp it was that thin, at least one eyelet was punched only half though the tarp. Requested a return for refund and no response. Cannot get hold of someone to talk to at the company. Show details
Never again. And do not try to order from them. Purchased two serena drawer from them. There was an issue on the drawer assembly that cannot be fixed and ask them the resulotion. However they never responds after they said they will review the issue. All photos with issue has been sent to them. Still no reply. Now these two drawers will go straight on the bin.

After 8 days they got back to me and said there was “no product discrepancy”, but did not rebut any of the evidence I provided. arrange a replacement was unnecessarily complicated. Instead of a straightforward process to replace the faulty shelf, I had to jump through multiple hoops just to communicate with someone. It felt like they made it far harder than it needed to be.
A company isn’t judged solely by whether a product arrives defective—it’s judged by how it handles the problem afterwards. Unfortunately, the after-sales support fell well below my expectations. I hope they improve both their quality control and their customer service process so future customers don’t have the same experience.

Follow-up · Our Dshop coffee table with drawers is great. It is chairside convenience and accessibility to all the little knick knacks you reach for while watching TV. Especially handy after recently surgery with extended convalescence! And somewhere to hide things from little fingers! Totally recommended!!

Don't use this online shopping service. Goods not delivered. Fighting for a refund – I ordered two snuggies. I received confirmation they'd been delivered. They weren't delivered and Fastway Couriers acknowledged they had no proof of delivery from the driver. I'm still trying to get a refund from Dshop - they've been very unhelpful and very absent. Not only that the material is flimsy and of poor quality. I have now had to request a charge back through my bank and an official complaint with fair trading as Dshop's idea of resolving the issue is a store credit. Why would i want to make another purchase from a company selling knock off items. If you can steer clear of Dshop.

The assembly instructions are probably the worst part — the writing is extremely small, requiring a magnifying glass to read, and some markings are unclear or do not make sense at all. The desk is also lower than expected and not very comfortable to sit at. Overall, this purchase was very disappointing and I would not buy from this brand again. NOT RECOMMENDED.
I put this comment on their website with my name, etc., and the review was deleted from their website in less than 24 hours. Very disappointing that they only left the high ratings and deleted the real ones, which tells me that there must have been more negative reviews that have been regularly deleted.
