managed to speak to someone who could assist me. However, it took an additional two months for a technician to come out and assess my bike. Unfortunately, there was no local repair shop available, so this was the only option. To my dismay, I was informed that each visit to investigate the problem would cost me $150, and only then would I receive a quote for the repairs. I promptly reminded them that this approach was not in compliance with the consumer protection laws in Australia. I insisted that immediate action be taken, and requested they send someone to inspect the bike. They agreed to send me the necessary part for self-installation, which I was fine with. However, it took another three months of waiting before I had to follow up with them to inquire about the whereabouts of the part. They informed me that it would take an additional week for the part to arrive. Eventually, it did arrive, and I installed it as instructed. To my dismay, the bike still did not work. I reached out to them once again, expressing my frustration and requesting that someone come fix the bike as it was still not functioning properly. That was a month ago and still no answers. Keeping in mind I haven’t been able to use it for 6 months.
