the Elex company. What likes to break on these chairs are the airbag connections. They are plastic and get brittle and just break off. We paid 7000aud for our chair. 2 years ago the underarm massage air bags broke, we were able to get the replacement from Elex. Now the other side broke too and i am waiting now since 5 months just to get a call back about the parts. I regularly call them and Matt who is the one taking care of the parts is not available. Even the staff told us they cannot get hold of him. Not much service for an expensive item. Now the massage chair sits here since 5 months, half taken apart, waiting for parts. Not good enough. Cannot recomnend this company.

several programmed styles. This machine is a premium massage chair, well above similar chairs on the market today but not more expensive. The sales rep in Pacific Fair was both experienced and honest. A very pleasant lady indeed. Having tried a number of other brands I can confidently recommend this brand for sure。 5 year in home warranty for all parts and Labor.
