have to take it to an expert because their original repairer didn't do it properly or correct it in FOUR years. Claim 2: I am not at fault and I have to chase the other party's insurance in order to get a hire car so I can get my car fixed. This is ridiculous. Why do we have insurance then. I spent almost 2 hours on hold to their woolies settlements team to get the other party's insurance information. It's been over a month and I can't even book in my car for the approved repairs. Don't waste your time with this company
