flying fox bar detached from the main frame at one end while a child was on it! Thank god no one was hurt but they could have been. I got immediately in contact with the company, unfortumately I have not had a good experience anytime i've had to deal with them as a company. They do get back to you, prompty but its with an almost condesending tone. When i complained that the bars arrived in torn apart and broken boxes, with potentially missing parts this was their response; "Thank you for your email and the pictures, this is not usually arrive or how we expect them to be treated through the transit process but luckily it is a very hardy product." Turns out there were missing parts which they only now a year later have sent to me after the bars coming apart. Zero accountability on thier part regarding the danger of the main frame comng apart, apparently itwas all our fault the bars came apart after a year of them being played on. The bars should not come apart after a year! They should not be able to work for a year and then turn into a danger zone! The most likely cause? We didnt tighten the screws enough so as to dig into the steel. We folllowed the instructions and we tightened them as hard as we could at the time. No where does it say that you need to continue to tighten the bolts as time goes by so please be warned. The Pod swing is crooked no matter how many times we adjust it, one side is always longer than the other which makes the pod uneven. Zero response about that. I really rely on reviews so hope people find this helpful and I hope you never have to deal with FunkyMonkey customer service.
Hanging cubby swimg – Bought the cubby swing - just want to warn people against it. It isn’t worth $360. It hangs really low to the ground. The door doesn’t seal all the way around so insects will get it. The lights are very basic and not the quality I was expecting.

company & was offered apology, advised they had limited time due to warehouse closure over Xmas but would endeavour to send the missing parts. As of the 6th Jan I have received no update. No delivery. Company closed. Not good enough in my view, paid $2500+. Disappointing Xmas for three kids aged 4, 6 and 9. 10. The kids check the door daily waiting for a delivery. Despite the missing box they lack communication about delivery. Had to email them to ask if I’d even receive it in time for Xmas. I get more updates from Target after spending $30. I regret the purchase. Couldn’t tell you about the product itself because I can’t use it. So it gets 1 star.
