not had a good experience anytime i've had to deal with them as a company. They do get back to you, prompty but its with an almost condesending tone. When i complained that the bars arrived in torn apart and broken boxes, with potentially missing parts this was their response; "Thank you for your email and the pictures, this is not usually arrive or how we expect them to be treated through the transit process but luckily it is a very hardy product." Turns out there were missing parts which they only now a year later have sent to me after the bars coming apart. Zero accountability on thier part regarding the danger of the main frame comng apart, apparently itwas all our fault the bars came apart after a year of them being played on. The bars should not come apart after a year! They should not be able to work for a year and then turn into a danger zone! The most likely cause? We didnt tighten the screws enough so as to dig into the steel. We folllowed the instructions and we tightened them as hard as we could at the time. No where does it say that you need to continue to tighten the bolts as time goes by so please be warned. The Pod swing is crooked no matter how many times we adjust it, one side is always longer than the other which makes the pod uneven. Zero response about that. I really rely on reviews so hope people find this helpful and I hope you never have to deal with FunkyMonkey customer service.

Funky Monkey Bars - Rusting – Purchased a $5k Funky Monkey Bars Gorilla Plus with additions approx 17 months ago. It was easy to set up. Looks great. email stated it only comes with a 12 month warranty. Pretty poor for such an expensive 'outdoor playground', hence the 2 stars. The website talks about quality (backed up by the price), not by their warranty. Just a heads up for thought when buying. My neighbours Grow Play set has no rust after 2 years set up.

UPDATE: Changed to 4 stars now as I was sent a replacement accessory. I initially contacted Funky Monkey Bars via their customer service team email and was informed the part was out of warranty and that was it. I then submitted multiple comments on social media and this initially 2 star review. I was then contacted and after some discussion was issued a replacement part. The communication prior to a low star review was not optimal, however it did get better upon posting the review. I reiterated to the team that the decent outcome should have happened prior to the review and social media posts.

The set up is solid, and apart from the accessory rusting completely, there is only minor rusting on screws.

I would recommend the brand, just the initial customer service could be improved upon a faulty part.
