transaction amount was pending on my account so contacted Howards to ask if the order had been received. They said it did not flow through and pending transaction would bounce back in a few days, It did not and my account was charged in full. Contacting them again to ask for a refund, I was asked to contact their bank myself and sort it out? Absolutely disgusting service. Do not shop with them online (or at all)

No good – With tricky effort the wrap may cling to the container but pings off shortly after. Sadly I bought one set for myself and 2 sets for 'Secret Santa'. Thankfully the recipient won't know who the gifter is.
