send eSIM activation details within 30 minutes at the most—iiNet’s system seems stuck in the dark ages. Despite entering my payment details at checkout, I was informed that it can take iiNet up to 24 hours to clear a payment.

Needing an eSIM urgently, I requested an order cancellation. This was a further frustration; the cancellation agent was pushy and overbearing, persistently trying to upsell me even after I had explicitly and repeatedly requested to cancel. Given the slow processing times and the aggressive retention tactics, I will not be using iiNet in the future. I suggest looking elsewhere if you need a reliable and modern service provider.
