I ordered a 90L wine fridge from LECAVIST for a wedding present in November. A few weeks later I am informed it’s out of stock and not available… Read more

until February (3 months wait). I said this was too late, so they offered two 50L fridges instead. I accepted this offer late November, and despite multiple follow ups I have not received a response (for over a month). Incredibly poor customer service.

also have a 28 bottle. Here is why I love it so much: Aesthetically beautiful, spacious, not as noisy as the Vintec I had, Stable temperature (I always check and make sure the fridge stays at 12 degrees). Great value for money.

The fridge looks great and holds dual-zone temperatures reliably — no issues on that front. Visually it fits well in a modern room, and cooling… Read more

performance has been consistent from day one.

However, several things bring the experience down:

Delivery and setup were poor — the unit was dropped off with no levelling or installation assistance. One of the legs was completely jammed and required WD-40 over two days just to adjust. For a 300+ bottle fridge, this was disappointing and unsafe to handle alone.

Noise levels are higher than expected. The unit is marketed as ~40dB, but when the compressor kicks in, it’s noticeably louder. In a front room or hallway, it’s manageable — but definitely not silent.

Now the biggest flaw: shelving and capacity. While it's advertised as 303 bottles, that’s only achievable by stacking bottles three layers high and giving up any convenient access. Realistically, it stores closer to 250 bottles if you plan to use it practically.

Even Bordeaux bottles — which the fridge claims to be optimised for — are an extremely tight fit. Bottles overlap and lean due to the cramped spacing. Shelf deflection is also a serious concern. With just a two-bottle stack, the shelves bend enough to make lower layers difficult to access and potentially unstable. Removing bottles becomes awkward and risks bumping others out of alignment.

In summary: ✅ Looks great and holds temperature well ❌ Shelf design and bottle fit are impractical ❌ Noise is noticeable ❌ Delivery experience was poor

This fridge performs its core job — but for the price, I expected better design, build quality (of the shelving), and delivery support. It could be a great unit with thoughtful improvements to shelving strength, bottle spacing, and installation service.
