I’ve only tried the conditioner and use other brands for shampooing. This conditioner is ok, smells gorgeous, but I don’t find it particularly… Read more
beneficial for my quite dry hair. The bottle is awful but, for those of you that say the product doesn’t come out of the bottle easily, here’s a tip - give the bottle two or three firm shakes before opening and you will find it comes out normally. Saying that, it’s still not a user-friendly bottle. My hairdresser swears by this range but once my current supply runs out I won’t be buying any more. Expensive for what it is.
No need for testing I figured it out with my realisation edit – I like it’s de frizzing technique, it really does work and trust me I’ve tried a lot of de frizz shampoos and conditioners and none worked. So it was… Read more
amazing to finally find one that does.
However I’ve been noticing some new snaps. Quiet severe ones at that. So I will be doing some tests in the coming weeks without using the shampoo or conditioner at all and seeing if I still get snapping.
These 2 were not the only ones I got on special from Priceline online. I just find it honestly a bit weird that it’s any of the others doing it. I feel it’s this as whenever I apply it, my hair starts feeling dry and I have to put more other shampoo on top to reduce the feeling.
If after stopping it’s use, I still get snapping than well sh… lol. I got so many different ones, there will be so much testing argh!
I will report back here on how the testing went after not using it for at least 4 showers.
I’d prefer it if it wasn’t this one as at times reducing frizz is great. But yeah find it hard to believe that it’s not when even the conditioner dried my hair out after applying it today.
Logic suggests that by that alone that it is 100% these two. However also as logic goes, test the others as well, just to be sure.
It could also be a chemical reaction, maybe it doesn’t play well with one of the other shampoos and conditioners. Could be anything really, that’s why testing is a must.
Realisation edit: Honestly both times I used in my homemade toner it snapped my hair off. Today my hair felt dry after using it in both the toner and the shampoo and conditioner. Honestly that’s about as obvious as it can possibly get, this product snaps hair and I’m not going to test it, I’m going to stop using it completely.
I thought it may of been the sulphate shampoo I used together with it, but I don’t use that in the shower. So that’s that, I’ve lost hair due to being dumb, hair I couldn’t really bare to loose any more of as I barely have any left as it is.
Damn, wish I noticed it sooner. That’s the issue with mixing shampoos and conditioners though, they can hide the damage for a time. Than when it finally becomes noticeable bam hair loss.
This ones been great, zero issues – Unlike potentially the curl quench which I will be testing, this together with Luseta coconut milk and bonding, make my hair super soft, thick and… Read more
slippery. I will definitely be continuing to use this one as my base shampoo and piling the others on top. The aloe as the 1st ingredient on my scalp really calms it down.
