warranty but for $750 RRP it’s a rubbish - no offer to replace no offer to repair under warranty - 9 month wait for repair & being charged $124.00. Sekio’s customer service was terrible, you would expect better when spending this type of money.

29/9/22 to get it back.As of today 14/10/22 still haven't received it following several calls to both companies and promises made Seiko to get it back by the end of this week at the latest.The service is abdominal for a company of Seikos reputation throughout the world.

the sub $200 price was too good to be true, but honestly, it looks as good as the day I bought it. Setting the watch is achieved by a two stage crown, pull it out a bit and you can set the day and date. Turn it one way for the day, the other for the date. Easy peasy. Pull it out all the way for time setting and away you go. The other thing I like is that at night, if it’s exposed to light, the numbers and hands are easy to see and glow for a reasonable amount of time. I also like the look of it. For some reason watch makers think us guys are either at the casino or scuba diving. There are so many styles in the Seiko 5 range that anyone could find one they like. Finally, I like mechanical things so I like that you can see the mechanism through the back of the watch. I would definitely recommend a Seiko 5.

still not fixed. Seiko just stop carrying about their customers. Had a seiko watch before for 20 years and no problems. Now they are stop caring about their products and their customers. Very disappointed, won't buy it again.

didn't acknowledge recieving the the return and I hadn't kept the postal reciept - This cost me $370. If you do a search they have done this a number of times in the past for customers that complain about their slow returns process- they have a local agent called Down Under Watches
