build an extension and didn’t reinstall it properly ( that builder story is a whole lotta another story) I have rung Solatube and asked for it to be repaired, some one came was going to send me a quote…never got the quote, it happened again 3 years later I’ll send you a quote….never got the quote. I rang head office, if he can’t come and fix it just tell me how to get the parts and we’ll fix it our selves….3 weeks later no phone call back from head office. So Solatube, you win after 4 years of trying to get one fixed or replaced I’m off to get a solar powered skylight that I have in other areas in the house and it’s being replaced which will probably take 15 mis to install. Thanks for nothing. Solatube- Great if you want to buy one, just NEVER ask for after market service.

timber structures and solar panels. They were fitted by Brisbane Skylights efficiently. We haven't had a lot of clear skies since they went in, but when the sun is out they're very good, when it's dull, well, they're dull too. We've had more than 50mm of rain since they were installed and haven't detected any leaks at this stage. So we'd recommend them for houses like ours where the kitchen/living area is in the middle of the house, well away from windows and natural light sources.
