people not to waste your money. Company said it was a comfort issue and not a manufacture problem so was not covered by warranty. It is not supportive at keeping the neck and spine in healthy alignment while sleeping. We both wake up everyday with back and neck pains which means the mattress is not supporting the contour of our backs. Quite the opposite. Extremely disappointed and disgusted that they can sell such a inferior product at such a high cost. Sleep is suppose to be refreshing not painful. We are now having to spend another $500 minimal on a mattress topper to hopefully get some relief.

The best of the best – I have had mine for 15 years and just love it. Would not change ever and is suitable for all seasons. Worth every cent paid for this amazing product. Highly recommend.
