Works as advertised. Quiet with remote and a good price. A good Chinese Brand – A 15 year old unit needed replacement and locally there was little choice for a wall mounted unit of this size. I have spent time in a foundry and… Read more

noticed that these were all over so I gave them a try. Couldn't be happier. I fitted it myself. It was slightly smaller than the unit it replaced and took a little messing around to fit it properly and seal up but I believe the hole in the wall had been there for a long time and even the unit that it replaced wasn't fitted well. We use the heat as well as the cool function. It is a lot quieter than the unit it replaced and cycles correctly on the thermostat when the temp is altered. EG turned the heat down when we go to bed and the same when the cool is turned up at the same time. The remote is a little cheap but works as advertised and sets the unit faster than using the onboard controls. We have had this installed for about 12 months now and it hasn't given any trouble at all. Sometimes running for a week non stop. Would gladly purchase again to replace another.

Size. Price. Very good. I read reviews also and I read that the window device was apparently flawed in strength n size. Well you are incorrect as… Read more

it's far more supportive of the hose then the old one's ever were. Easy as to install. And I read it was loud too. Also incorrect. All aircons make noise. This one is 5 by 5 guys n gals. Be sure to have cardboard to cover rest of window for instant use . I'm chilling out with my great buy.

Freezer section doesn’t freeze – After waiting 24hrs for ice to freeze, I gave up and got the unit replaced only to find that the next only only froze a tray of ice on one side and not the other. The fridge is also quite noisy if the dial is set above ‘3’. Show details

After just 3 months, this dryer doesn't turn off at all on the cotton option .... It just runs until it's turned off manually. The clothes end up… Read more

cooked, shrunken and too hot to touch. It's too much hassle to return it so just using it on the 1 hour setting (twice for towels). Will definitely never buy anything from this brand again.

Runs Well, Thirst for Power therefore expensive to Run – As a portable Air Conditioner (PAC) it is easy to move around and readily cools down a room of 99 cubic metres attached to other open planned spaces… Read more

by 10 degrees in 9 minutes, very impressive. However, it lets you know its working hard, can be annoying loud, should have expected this from a 5.2KW motor, and chews up the power to its rating of 5.2KW per hour. Our average daily usage is 13KW without the PAC running, so the electricity company makes a mocha on those hot summer days.

Does an exceptional job at cooling, buts its load and expensive....

Unsure about it – Had only a week, worked great for a week then constantly shows up with full tank error, have fit the hose to the bottom drain but unsure whether this will fix the problem. Not really sure how much power it uses as ive only had it a week. Show details

Solid capabilities…but Should be called a water maker – Edit- 8 months old. I will NEVER buy another one. It collects dust badly in the lower unit and is almost impossible to remove. In so many ways I’m… Read more

disappointed. No. Never again.

8 days old. It’s effective at cooling a medium sized room, controls are simple and easy to use. Plus it isn’t as loud as others I’ve owned. But, and this is a real issue, it creates waste water like I cannot believe. The internal tank is full in no time. Like an hour at most. So…yes, It has the ability to fit exterior drainage via hoses. I’ve now got it set up at waist height and have made a drain hose system using a few low cost Bunnings garden hose parts to a 2 litre plastic bottle for ease of removal. Easy fixed I thought. Well…reality check. I’ve upgraded to a 10 litre bottle now. It creates 10 litres of water in 8 hours!! I’m in mid coast QLD. Summer but not humid yet. Bluntly? Do NOT expect to realistically use this aircon without attaching an effective drainage system to the unit. Because it surprised us with the sheer amount of water it makes. The only major drawback to an otherwise good unit.

Sometimes washes everything – Rarely washes everything. Bottom draw constantly comes off. The slots are a lie if you pack it there nothing will wash - so really it only takes half… Read more

the amount it should. The spot for the dish tablets is also aesthetics apparently - nothing washes if tablet in places in there: we have to put it in the cutlery holder. It never ever dries no matter how long you leave it. We needed this size as it was the size allocated in the kitchen we moved in to, but would have been more worth while to make a larger space I guess, as basically it only fits a hand washed rack load anyway. But it’s cheap, I guess you get what you pay for. Also integrated apparently means byo door. That’s not clear in some of the sellers’ sites.

I couldn't recommend this machine – Spinner has failed one month after 2 year warranty expired. Teco company wouldn't offer any help. Appliance repairer said he has seen a lot of problems with this machine. I would not recommend this washing machine.

Cost down structure that makes ridiculous noises, faulty design on heating – After buying a faulty TECO portable conditioner TPO42HVWAH from TECO'S online shopping site, Ejoy Australia, Ejoy's manager [Name Removed] advised me… Read more

to call manufacturer service. In the meantime waiting for TECO technician, I purchased TECO's 2.6kW Inverter Reverse Cycle Vertical Skinny TVS26HVUVAH that also has an inverter compressor, since I had alright experience with old TECO LK1222H Skinny previously.

When item arrived, to realize the structure became all plastic. On the contrary, old model LK1222H has solid steel structure. The most unbearable drama is the GENERATOR-LIKE noises. It seemed that it has zero engineering with sound/vibration proof. Since it has inverter compressor, it vibrates in different frequencies loudly.

Using heating function, but compressor shuts and restarts after a long while at about 10C that makes me confused if I got another faulty item. When I read the user's manual, the suggested ambient temperature is above 7C, which is not disclosed on official website. Wrote to TECO Australia they said it's "designed" like that.

Seriously? Is it still a heater when we can't use it at all when temperature drops below 10C?

Too much disappointment with TECO Australia. Apparently not serious with Australian market but they think about themselves at all times. When I first made the service call, they asked me to provide personal information such as date of birth. Not sure if it violated Privacy Act. Also I wouldn't expect TECO Australia to hack to my workplace requesting me to call them back only because I left a one star review of complaint on Google. Even though they knew my personal number already from service call, they didn't call my personal number, but they hacked to my workplace to ask me to call them back. Horrific and awful experience. Would not recommend any business with them to anyone.
