are still shedding a lot - and worst of all they are pilling/matting (particularly the bath towel). I really don’t believe that they are made from the quality long fibre Turkish cotton they claim to be. Pretty sure they will become thinner due to the shedding and hard/scratchy due to the pilling. Also, they are small so you are getting less towel for your money.

feeling like I have a heavy object on top of my head. They have never lost any fluff and never thinned, so I am not sure why are there so many bad reviews. I would buy them again. I have got other thicker ones from Sheridan, and they are also good. Some of them I had for over 20 years, and they still look remarkably new. Never thought they would last us this long.

barcode error.

I asked Sheridan to redeliver the towels, as I couldn’t collect them during week days and received a suggestion to ask a friend to do that for me. I had to take time off work to collect them, BUT AGAIN was refused to collect my parcel due to the same error, that I mentioned to Sheridan over an email.

Further, I was contacted by Sheridan, they told me that my parcel was lost.

Firstly, I don’t know if I was looked after by one person, as I never received a name and the facts that were discussed in the beginning of the conversation were missed by the end of it. The latter left an impression that either my perspective was ignored or I was lied to.

I was not offered a redelivery, or delivery of new sets. I was only offered a refund, which I had to ask for.
