ones from Sheridan, and they are also good. Some of them I had for over 20 years, and they still look remarkably new. Never thought they would last us this long.

Luxury light towels are the worst I have ever purchased. I gave my son & wife 4 towels, 2 hand towels, 2 bath mats for Christmas. They are paper thin, non absorbent, still losing fluff and fluff depositing over them when using towels. These towels were $59.99 each and with a discount I paid approx $173 all up for a quality you wouldn’t expect from Sheridan even though it’s the outlet store. Good material and so soft – The sizes are great I have bought all the sizes and 2 sets of dark colour and whites.

Not impressed! – Very disappointing. Brought two towels and a hand towel a few months ago. Washed them then put them to the back of the linen cupboard. Disappointingly terrible – Have purchased Sheridan towels for many years, mostly in the ultralight range. other items and they are pilling and pulling very badly. Not to mention they still don't dry me properly. I have previously purchased towels from Woolworths that are of much better quality and much cheaper than the $30 each (this was at a Sheridan outlet store) RRP $60! They were also recommended by the person in store. I will no longer be buying Sheridan products.

manufacturing fault and gave me a list of general washing instructions. My response was why are these instructions not labelled on the towels? No reply!!! The fluff stays on your body and is then transferred to your sheets and the rest of your house. Will never purchase Sheridan towels every again.

floor and floor waste is covered in lint. We have been using Sheridan for 40+ years, washing & line drying them in the same way.....nothing improves the condition of these towels. Extremely disappointed with not only these sets of towels but the lack of accountability by Sheridan, who suggested we use a different brand of washing liquid and that the dark colour flint shows up more.

So disappointed – Bought 20 of these towels in June, have followed the washing guidelines and they are still shedding lint everywhere, my bathroom and body is covered after every use, the threads are also pulling, they seem poor quality. Functionally useless – Like most people here, I have used Sheridan products for years. I purchased ten towels, two different colours from Sheridan Outlet. Unfortunately, the towels seem to lack the ability to absorb water. Lint is also a major problem, I'm covered in it after use. Show details

literally cold after showering and towelling down. I reported directly to the Sheridan HelpLine but they claim it is "wear and tear", these have been used for 5 days after my initial pre-wash.

I warn other customers not to buy Sheridan Ultra Light towels and store them for future use, the company's response on my experience was very disappointing.

Useless Product – I bought 2 Ultra Light towels 2 Hand Towels and a bath mat on 23/5/2021. I have followed the washing instructions to the letter. The towels will not absorb water and has shed a huge amount of fluff and continues to do so after many washes. I bought these towels believing Sheridan was a good reliable product. Poor quality – Towels don't dry your body well, it doesn't absorb water. I've washed and dryed them a few times and lint goes everywhere, leaving a mess in my bathroom and dryer. The colour is still running. I've never had any issues with sheridan towels before, their usually great quality but not these. Sheridan have since been in touch and have given me replacement towels. Disgraceful product – I purchased the Sheridan Ultra Light Towel and spent approximately $500. The towels became patchy and lost color after 2 washes. I took them back to the store although the junior sales person told me they have had this problem before they informed me that it was my fault!!! Show details

before use, as recommended. We soon realised that there is little body to the towel, and it is difficult to get dried because it is really no better than a cheap towel with a fancy name. When you commence drying yourself with this towel, it is immediately saturated with all those "air cells" collapsing into nothing, leaving a distinctly unfinished job requiring further drying with a hand towel. Unfortunately, once you have used the product, the Sheridan store said there was no refunds, so avoid disappointment and avoid this product. The towels we bought for half the cost at Target are tons better.
