Purchased these products from Olaplex due to the rave reviews from customers but my experience was it made my hair very dry like straw, hair did not shine and is not coloured so all natural and hair was frizzy. Expensive purchase and never again.

Applies well, smells great – I love this. I have straight, colour-damaged hair. I apply it when my hair is a bit damp and I find that it makes it easier to brush and manage. It… Read more

also smells so good! I sometimes use olaplex no.3 and I use redken all soft shampoo and conditioner, and find there is a bit of a difference in general manageability on the off chance I don't use the no. 6.

Also I bought this almost two years ago and am still on my first bottle - I use a small amount every time I wash my hair (every 2-4 days depending on what I can get away with).

Lightweight and smells great! – I have fine, bleached hair prone to dryness and heat damage. I’ve been using the Olaplex No.7 bonding oil for 3 weeks now and I’m really happy with… Read more

my purchase.

It provides heat protection up to 230 degrees Celsius therefore doubles as my heat protectant, and a little goes a long way! I do have long hair so I use 4-5 drops, but I’ve barely made a dent in the bottle so it should last me a long time.

It performs really well as it keeps my hair smooth and hydrated without looking greasy or weighing it down. On high humidity days or for some extra shine I add 2 drops to my dry hair and it really helps prolong the life of my blow dry as my ends don’t dry out between washes anymore.

It has a lovely subtle scent much like the rest of the Olaplex range, I like to freshen it up with a drop every other day.

I’d absolutely recommend this product to anyone looking for a hydrating heat protectant, or with dry hair looking for a protective, easy to use solution that won’t weigh your hair down.
