I suffer with pain daily but since using this pillow I do feel it is helping to alleviate it a bit. I can’t say it has gone for good and I don’t think it ever will because I can’t change what’s going on in my lower spine, but it has definitely reduced the pain considerably. I’d also like to say that I find it extremely comfortable to lie on, as it supports your neck properly and it dips in the middle to support your head. I also feel the quality of my sleep has been better since I started using it. I would most definitely recommend it to anyone considering buying one.
