I have used a CPAP for years and snoring decreased. It never bothered me, just my wife. But the Derila Ergo Pillow was a game changer for me. Very well-crafted and maintains its composure. After I got it, I fall asleep much quicker and sleep ´till the clock alarm. Only 4 stars due to the fact that the back of my neck gets a bit sore when sleeping on my back. Although it´s the best position in general. I love this pillow! Sleeping with it is so comfortable that I'll never have another! I can't claim that it helps with my sleep apnea yet because there's no one to observe, but I feel great all day. My back pillow has a large lump in it that makes it uneven. Show details ·  1

Fulfillment of order was quick. My pillow is very comfortable and has significantly reduced pain in my neck and shoulders. It does take a few days to 2 weeks to get full results, as your body adjusts.
