then I wouldn’t follow through. I finally decided I would buy one and try it. I asked my parents if they wanted one of course they said no as well as my brother. So I went ahead and ordered my pillow along with the cover for anti-dust. I opened my pillow right away and seen that I needed to let it rest for 8 hours before using. I stayed up late so that I actually gave it 9 hours put my cover on and headed to bed. When I woke in the morning I couldn’t believe it!! I actually slept through the night without waking up!! And I didn’t have a headache like I normally did. I told my husband and he was sceptical and said that I had stayed up late and that was why I had slept through the night. He told me that I better not throw my old pillow out quite yet. I used the pillow every night for a week and told him that he that he was using it that night. In the morning he asked if he could try it again the following night. Then a couple of days later I was talking to my brother who has sleep apnea and said he was struggling to sleep. I took the pillow over to him to try for a couple of nights. My husband ordered his own before I got my pillow back. I then lent my pillow to my mom and dad for both of them to try. I honestly can’t believe I waited for so long before ordering my pillow. My parents and brother have all purchased a Derila pillow now!! I’m so happy that I bought it!! My only regret is not ordering it sooner!! Absolutely love my Derila pillow and is the best investment I have made in a long time!! Don’t be like me and delay your decision to buy one!! I was skeptical of another claim to help with my sleep apnea. However, these pillows are now my favorite method of sleep assistance. I often sleep on my side and this pillow allows me to rotate without disturbing my CPAP mask. Not only are they comfortable, but are small enough to take with me on my travels. I have recommended them to others and don’t foresee me returning to a standard pillow anytime soon. Show details ·  1

My Derila pillow does everything it promised to do. My only wish would be that it is a bit thicker so that my arm does not go to sleep but that may have more to do with Neuropathy than the pillow. My neck definitely feels better and I sleep through the night now. Show details ·  2

I ordered one and some how two arrived. Rolled up in tight plastic so firmly I needed my Swiss Army Knife to open it.. The pillow sprung out OK for use. The so called hole in the middle is supposed to be for your ear to rest in. After one night I decided the pillow did not feel any better than any of our other two dozen pillows. In fact turning from one side to the other was a nuisance and I could not work out the correct orientation, East West or North South or upside down made no difference.

The pathetic sketches in the instructions were NOT clear about the correct way round . They should be marked "This Side Up"..

I posted them back to day , cost me $19.30 !!

still in their original vacuum sealed bags, not touched or opened, otherwise you are not able to return for a refund. I have absolutely no idea how you are supposed to try something without taking it out of it's packaging. I went back through PayPal, and they also said that I can't get a refund either. So, I definitely give them a BIG N.O. don't bother even thinking of getting one unless you want to waste your hard earned money on something even the dog wouldn't want to sleep on.

very bloody angry. It feels like I’m sleeping on a rock, it is that hard. They said it will take time to get used to, but there is no way I can put up with this for another night. Their good reviews must be fake, and written by them as I can’t be the only one that is having this experience. Also they haven’t sent the pillow cases I ordered with them. I will be sending these back, and hopefully get a refund for both the pillows and cases that I didn’t get. My advice, DO NOT BUY

Well my review ... what a CON. This is the most disgraceful product I have ever purchased. SCAM.

Purchased 3 pillows, pillow cases and cooling covers. The 'pillow' is rubbish. Vacuumed sealed (thought clever & plus for the environment) . I have opened 2 of the 3 pillow. My plain flour pancakes with no raising agent rise more than this piece of .... !

I have tried everything to get the pillow to raise. After 36 hrs, in desperation I spritzed some Tadalafil over the flat pack pillow to get a raise.

No rise. Just made it harder.

My flat pack does not perform the way it is supposed to. Instructions are hopeless. I also checked out Youtube videos for instructions. Influencer videos are well .... I believe misleading. Shame. Why did my pillows not perform the same way? Do they suffer performance anxiety?

Any difference in quality of sleep? YES! Negative. I have had no sleep. I have been emotionally disturbed by the lack of performance of the product. I suffer extreme anxiety now looking at any pillow. Will it perform? Will it follow the lead of this piece of ..... and stay limp? Do I have enough Tadalfil to spritz my current pillow so it does not lose shape? Oh well..... more sessions with my Therapist.

I can't wait to receive an AI message response to .... up to me. Same email as everyone else. Useless. Watch this space.
