different neighborhood,I don't even remember the name of the store or have the bag that I got when I purchased it nor the receipt. We had dinner guests over, I opened the bottle as I normally do, and the WHOLE CORK DISINTEGRATED! IT TOTALLY FELL APART! I WAS SO EMBARRASSED! I've used Bookers before and never had a problem. This must be a defective bottle! I can't seem to find anyone to talk to about it- I really feel I deserve a significant compensation! I f anyone who reads this can please e-mail me name and phone number of someone of importance in Bookers taht can compensate me, I'd appreciate it! I don't feel what has happened to m e is right, and I'm certain all who read this agree, and someone will help me out. Sincerely, Mrs. Cohen at momcohen49@gmail.com

Delicious! – I generally prefer Whisky, but this bourbon is so deliciously smooth! New favorite drink! Great quality for the price too!
So many bad mornings following great nights – I can’t state how great this drink is. I’m usually a beer drinker, nowadays when I do it’s only a few at most (6-10). However I find that my hangover… Read more
starts with the following question to my lovely wife. “My darling, my one and only, my baby, my muse. Are you able to grab a 10 pack of rare in your travels today?”
There is something about this that makes it worth the premium price tag. It reminds me of the old turkey in the days before the alco pop tax, that has caused the massive dilution today’s youth now enjoy. I remember coming home from work, sinking 8 cans of regular turkey and being content in my inebriation. For the record they were 2.2 standard drinks per can, not the 1.4 of today. Unfortunately today’s turkey is more and more like a regular cola drink than an alcoholic beverage, it just tastes like cola and you end up super bloated and gassy before you can catch a buzz. If you want some nostalgia, or something more palatable, this is your poison of choice. Smooth, flavourful, potent and super easy to drink. In my opinion it is worth every cent.
Use to love it until they changed – I finally found a bourbon that I like and had been drinking it for years. I then noticed a bad taste difference and tipped it out. I went to buy… Read more
another bottle and noticed the colour and label difference (basically 5 years aged has now gone).I soon realised that I only like 5 years aged and not the new maybe 1-2 years aged!! It taste completely different, the new is not nice at all. I wrote to Cougar in which they could not answer my questions on why etc. Therefore stopped drinking it, currently looking for a bourbon with similar taste!!
It has changed and is no longer that great taste – This was my number 1 bourbon until this last bottle I bought 3 weeks ago. I also bought a bottle of Nelson County Bourbon and this cheaper bottle… Read more
tasted way better than the wild Turkey which also went milky when I left it in my glass and lost it's flavour. Never had that happen ever. Has anyone else had this happen recently? This leads me to believe that they ( wild turkey 40.5%) have changed it and are cutting costs. I will not be buying another wild turkey and will now switch to Nelson county. Less alcohol content (37%) but way better flavour. Both bought at Dan Murphy's Noosa.
