The Bosch makes better coffee with less effort due to the milk frothing tech and the ability to program a fully automated customized brew (in my case a large strong Mugachino :) ). I have not experienced water temperature issues with my Bosch machine that other reviewers have reported.The four star rating reflects my disappointment that the touch control panel failed recently and required a service call. However, to their credit the Bosch service dept. provided a goodwill repair free of charge even though the manufacturer warranty period of 2 years had expired. I did have to remind them of the implied Australian consumer protection provisions before the goodwill gesture was made. Its an expensive built-in machine compared to bench top types and uses quite a bit of rinse water but I am very happy with the quality of the brew and convenience of the product , particularly when we have guests who request a variety of different coffee cups. If the maintenance instructions are followed and the thermos style milk container and connecting hose are rinsed out after use this machine is one of the best built-in coffee machines on the market
