Top of the range - pfft This machine cannot produce a hot coffee, I called Bosch and the sales girl said that it will produce warm coffee but I like my coffee hot, her response was, I’m not sure what you want me to do about it. So it appears Bosch are well aware they sell product that does not reach expectations by any standard and the sales people in fact are aware of this and don’t disclose this so they get their sale. I have never been so disappointed in a product ever. I’ve had it three days now and have to microwave my coffee because a coffee machine that costs an arm and leg can’t produce a hot coffee and they don’t want to know about it because they have your money- Shame on you Bosch
