to the dealer you purchased your RV from. They are the entity you have a purchase contract with, not the manufacturer of the component. They cannot by law fob you off. They in turn go through the entity they purchased the product from, it is not up to you to chase a manufacturer unless you purchased direct from them. That is information I was provided with from the Department of Fair Trade in NSW. It may be different in other states.

RETREAT sure know how to make great caravans and have honestly thought of everything to make our caravanning holidays enjoyable. Everything was explained in simple terms, regarding operation etc.,it was such a relaxing experience (great coffee Paul). A joy dealing with you all round. .. we left the yard feeling very confident and knowing that Paul and his great team are only a phone call away if we need anything or have any questions. A very professional company, supplying quality caravans. We cant wait to get on the road and fill a few things off our Bucket List...we have had Caravans in the past, but we feel sure that this will be the best one yet...Have spoken to other *Retreat caravan owners * and we have never heard anything bad about them.
