frustrating and unreliable. Their website and emails confidently state “not to worry, there are more available in the area,” which turned out to be completely misleading. Availability was nowhere near what was advertised, and there seemed to be little to no effort to verify the actual status of their hosts before taking bookings. What’s most concerning is that it feels like they are quick to take your money without ensuring they can deliver on what’s promised. When issues arise, responsiveness is poor, and there’s no sense of accountability or urgency to resolve problems. Overall, a very disappointing experience that I would not recommend. 1 star

Called the day before to confirm and was given driver name and phone number. Driver arrived right on time in a new and very clean Mercedes van. Whole experience was great. would definitely use again.
