Waste if money and forget about warranty reassurance – Had problems right from the start. When one hotplate is in use the others that aren't in use beep and flash. After first contact under warranty with… Read more

numerous videos showing what was happening a technician came out as definitely faulty to assume it had the be the motherboard, which he replaced but the issue still there. When I contacted to say it hadn't fixed the issue was told that it was apparently doing what it supposed to be doing and case closed. Now only a few months later its looking to have to replace it as its obviously faulty and problems have worsen to occasionally it shuts its turns it self off...the company doesn't want to acknowledge it. I have never had a stove top that beeps and flashes other hotplates when not in use and randomly shuts it self off..... very frustrating and disappointing customer service. Buyer beware!

Good – Tip - place foil onto the cooktop and cut out holes for the burners - this protects the stainless steel surface and cuts down on the cleaning time. … Read more

I only need to clean mine every 2 months by doing this. Everything works great and is a fantastic product. Wok burner isn't as hot as woks can take.

WASTE OF MONEY – Bought 3 weeks ago to replace 25 year old Brandt Induction. Biggest problem is that it takes 4 times as long to boil kettle as the old one. Brandt… Read more

was 6500w, Whirlpool 7200w on 32 amp fuse uses more power to heat up as it's so slow. Also control panel difficult to use as writing is small and slide power button hard to control. Very disappointed. Don't buy not worth the money.

This cooktop is dangerously designed. The space between the front and rear rungs of the trivet and the middle rung is too large to support a pan so… Read more

the pan is precariously balancing on one side only. Very dangerous. I have tried all my pans from large to small and all have the same issue. Who ever designed this didn’t bother to test it. You can see in the photo of this 3.5 litre pot that the rungs only supports one side one side of the pan. The rest of the pan is balancing on nothing.
