This cooktop is dangerously designed. The space between the front and rear rungs of the trivet and the middle rung is too large to support a pan so the pan is precariously balancing on one side only. Very dangerous. I have tried all my pans from large to small and all have the same issue. Who ever designed this didn’t bother to test it. You can see in the photo of this 3.5 litre pot that the rungs only supports one side one side of the pan. The rest of the pan is balancing on nothing.
