recommended to family. People giving it lower reviews probably not read and researched on how to care for these pans. Takes a few uses but then this pan just gets better and better. Ps. I usually dont write reviews but these guys dessrve it!

the frypan was returned to me with concavity. They said it’s completely normal for a pan to be slightly concave, but honestly, for something that costs so much, I feel it shouldn’t 1) warp so easily and 2) not be level. They claimed the mild concavity will not affect performance, but in my experience it definitely does. This pan does not heat evenly compared to my other (much cheaper) stainless steel pans.
I really wanted to love this pan and had saved up for it but unfortunately, I regret my purchase. Looking at their AUS-ION reviews it looks like there are customers with similar experience. I'd recommend people consider other stainless steel pan options.
