enrolling. To be fair, many of the coaches and teaching staff I encountered were knowledgeable, supportive, and clearly doing their best. The problems I experienced were not with the instructors themselves, but with the organisation and administrative systems surrounding the course. One issue experienced was the First Aid certificate being issued without a date of attainment. This appeared to affect multiple students. When this was raised, some students were reportedly told by support that they could simply download their USI academic transcript to check the date themselves. In my opinion, expecting students to supply additional documents because basic information is missing from an official certificate feels unprofessional and unnecessary. Another major frustration was the delay in receiving certifications. My CPR certificate was issued approximately seven months after I completed the course. As CPR certification is valid for 12 months, this meant that by the time I received the certificate, I effectively had around five months left before renewal would be required. Waiting longer for a certificate than the time it remains practically usable felt incredibly unreasonable. After completing all requirements for my diploma, I also had to wait roughly a month for the official diploma to be issued. None of these issues relate to the quality of the individual coaches, who were often helpful and knowledgeable. However, the administrative delays, documentation problems, and overall organisation made what should have been a straightforward educational process far more complicated than necessary. Education is a significant investment of time, money, and energy. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly recommend researching other training providers before committing to AIF.

they will make you jump through hoops, then when you finally get to the page to hit the "Yes, I want to cancel" button, it is greyed out and unresponsive. Instead you get that horrible woman come on and insist that you "can't do it" on your own. Do not sign up for this company. They are a scam. They are dishonest. They are predatory. They rely on confusion. They are not transparent. They are thieves.

the real money from. The timeframe they give for the courses are not realistic and there is a reason why. If you don't manage to finish a course in their stated timeframe, they will charge you extension fees of $100 (the last time i checked) for each time you submit work following course completion date. Their reasoning for charging these exorbitant fees is that it takes time to mark the work. That would make sense if they provided in depth feedback but you do not get that. Sometimes your work will be returned with just a tick under it and maybe two or three words. There is not much effort put into the marking to validate the fees. They are also not flexible with putting the course on hold if life happens and gets in the way of study. If you have a medical issue and you cant study for example 2 months, you can let them know but that time away actually eats into the timeframe of the course so it's at your own expense, literally! Not flexible at all. The nail in the coffin for me was that the "principal" [Name Removed] is never seen. As both students and paying customers, i feel it would be polite and necessary to show your face so we know who we are sending money off to and who we are putting trust into for our education. Its also just good manners. Again, nice course but so much improvement can be made from an operational and personable side. I doubt i will enrol in future courses based on the above points.

are the biggest positive of the package. Clever sales blurb covers up the negatives, and the tricks and traps which become obvious with experience. There is NO Free Trial! My advice when you see a company pushing an Auto-Renewal subscription without an Obvious and Easy to Access OPT IN and OPT OUT Option, RUN! FAR AWAY!
This company appears to have set up Tricks and Traps to get hold of your money, without automatic reminders of when renewals are near, for you to review and Opt Out. You don't seem to be able to ring a human. The Support Team email replies don't address your detailed issues... "..it’s an automated response..." crafty indeed!
This company hides behind a Policy that refuses reasonable and legitimate refund claims with onerous clauses you must comply with, such as: "'..you have followed our personalized workout plan at least during 14 consecutive days.." "..demonstrate that you have actually followed the plan by providing us with a screen video or screenshots of workout plan history, which you have personally passed.." for more than the 14 consecutive days..
There seemed to be App "bugs" preventing quick initial setup, I spent hours over multiple sessions. Some essential information was made hard to see, such as: "...If you wish to receive a notification regarding the auto-renewal, you should set a reminder through your personal web cabinet..." So, what should be a Default Setting, is obscured and put back on the clients, to learn by being caught in the Trap... My Auto Renewal (Trap) amount was about double the stated Subscription amount for my country, Oz. Why?? Fortunately, my bank, CBA, handled the Dispute quickly and successfully, my thanks go to CBA.

booking for a Saturday morning. I drove there paid for carpark. There was nobody in the place. The gate downstairs was locked. I tried to call them 4 times because their website showed they were open till 1pm on Saturdays. I also tried to call out to them but the doors upstairs were also closed. If they had to close early they should have called me to arrange a different time for my appoitment. They took our money, not providing the service and we tried to get on Groupon and it showed that the voucher had been redeemed. We complained to Groupon and they said that Shanti Yoga would contact us, yet a week passed nothing from them. Now Groupon wouldn't refund us the money. This place is a disgrace. I wrote the comment because I don't want any more innocent people to be hurt and cheated like me and husband.

their service is farkin crap if I can put it bluntly. I'll never buy from them again. Their competitors in USA provide a much better service and they're cheaper, especially in the long run. I order the same products from their competitors at a similar price, shipping is free, there is no customs duty at my end because it's included, and it arrives within 5 days. These *&%$, take 7 weeks, I have to pay extra for that long crap shipping service, and I have to huge pay customs fees at the end of it. In the end, they cost me heaps more and it's taken 7 times as long. I will not ever buy from them again. Terrible.
