I genuinely wish I had read the reviews before handing over my money. Express Online Training could not deliver the service I paid for — and then had the audacity to refuse a refund. No apology, no solution, just silence and stonewalling.

trainer’s approach was discriminatory towards non-native English speakers.

I paid for face-to-face training, not merely an exam attempt. However, during the RCG session, the trainer spoke extremely fast and the class did not feel supportive for English-as-a-second-language students. In my experience, the training seemed only suitable for locals or people with local-level English. Instead of properly supporting me as a paying student, the trainer stopped my training midway and asked me to leave the classroom. My paid training was therefore not completed.

Afterwards, CBD College avoided the main issue and focused only on the “Not Yet Competent” result, while ignoring the fact that the face-to-face training service I paid for was not fully delivered. They first offered only a partial refund/credit, and after I rejected their unreasonable solution, they changed their position and refused any refund.

This is not just a refund issue. It raises serious concerns about training quality, fairness, student support, and how second-language learners are treated. I enrolled for training and guidance, but I felt dismissed, unsupported and unfairly treated. I would not recommend this provider for RCG training.

It is an amazing learning experience with great supervisors like Lorraine, Marissa and MY all of them are so supportive. Thanks to AIPC.

and concepts were useful, I found the pace very intense ie lots of information crammed into a short timeframe. I found myself in tears at multiple points during the program, and my learning was compromised as a result. I walked away feeling anxious not to mention my confidence took a massive hit. On the back of this experience, I have been reluctant to join any of the follow up sessions which were included in the price of program. All in all, the $5K spend was not a good ROI for me and I hate to admit it I fell for the sneaky sales pitch. It turns out the free business system that is included in the price of the program is not free, because you can access it at no cost anyway and all you are given is a bunch of training videos. We were told there would be no upselling, and within 10mins of my pre program coaching call I found myself in a conversation about their Coaching Program which was so off putting and should have been my first red flag. The Happiness Guarantee is of course not covered in detail, you can only request a refund 24hours after completing the program. I was emotionally exhausted for several weeks and did not want to revisit the material so unfortunately missed this opportunity.

Returning to a classroom setting after nearly four decades was daunting, and the course was complex – there is no sugar-coating that. But the support, guidance, and encouragement I received throughout the many months it took to complete made all the difference.
