room. It looks atrocious and depresses me every day. Whilst this was an absolutely beautiful carpet when first laid… so soft and luxurious (we would get comments from visitors on how beautiful it felt underfoot)…. I agree with every negative comment in this thread. The carpet stretches, has flat tracks everywhere, pulls and stains badly. Please avoid this carpet, it is the worst choice we made while building our dream home and looking at it upsets me so much. We chose the premium underlay and apparently had the best carpet layers that Carpet Court had to offer. I wish I read a review like mine before choosing the carpet for our home. Do your research and make an informed choice.

run around we got trying to the get the very obvious join mark rectified dragged on for months before it was eventually redone (the join only) is is 90% but not great. Fast foward to last week when we had the carpet professionally steam cleaned ahead of realestate photos to try and bring the excessive wear back to life and there has been a sever reaction with the carpet and/or underlay and our carpet has now turned a strange yellow colour with what looks look water damage marks. Sam was contacted during this cleaning and handballed it to Feltex to deal with as not his problem, again!! Feltex repsonded on Friday saying someone will be in touch in 10 - 15 business days to organise an inspection!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what???? This is extreme and urgent. After several calls to Feltex apparently the GM can't be contacted to escalate this as they don't know where he is?? Really. Please be warned!!!!!!
