the food. The ice maker would freeze up and stop working. Called for warranty service. The freezer fan was failing intermittently and was replaced. The unit worked ok for around 5 months After 17 Months -Ice maker began jamming and required defrosting at least once a week. Replaced the water/air filters as they were due. No improvement -There were puddles of water in the freezer where it had melted and then refrozen -Noticed the fridge door seals were making a ticking sound as they were leaking -The fridge door had sagged, so there was a 0.75cm difference in alignment Called for a warranty service again -Technician advised the unit's software had been set to the wrong model and corrected it? Informed that was the problem with the fridge -Adjusted the door so that is was aligned again -Defrosted the ice maker for the 15th time -Within 24 hours the ice maker had melted again and frozen into solid blocks of ice -Puddles of water and stalactites are in the freezer again -Fridge seals still leaking Waiting for the 3rd warranty service call

This is the worst fridge I have ever owned. Given the very expensive price tag it is beyond disappointing. The sales pitch for this fridge was that they last at least 20 years, the freezer is incredibly frost free and they keep food fresh for extended periods.

It fails to keep food frozen, the freezer is constantly frosty and covered in puddles of water, the seals leak and the door sags. I could not recommend this brand. The service people are lovely but the product is terrible.
