used it, as well as a gap in the build on the top in the frame of the machine, it's clear something is wrong and it's seems like the parts are obviously refurbished, it's noticeable. There's a strong burning rubber smell, that we were told would fade if we use the washing machine but it has only gotten worse the more we wash. I have a disability and the burning rubber smell is affecting and irritating my lungs. We have been advised that a technician would be in contact, but nobody has called to address the fact that I've been sold a machine with problems and old parts. Paid $1400! This is not acceptable BOSCH, either replace the machine or provide a refund or Department of Fair trading is our only option.

final spin leaving the clothes wet with no error code at all IT MAY NOT BE YOUR FAULT. Searching online would suggest a loading issue, too heavy; too light the mix is not right, out of balance, filter, pump, drain hose etc and that may be the case. However our fault was exactly this and was intermittent for months leaving me more than frustrated. After reading Deb's post here online I finally contacted Bosch (online) and with only a simple 70 character limit available for the fault description they sent out a tech with a new motor control board, there was no initial visit to investigate the fault. In this instance the warranty response by Bosch was excellent however I could argue that it would also suggest that they already know that this motor control board has a failure rate. Ours was close to the 2 year warranty expiry and the fault appears fixed but we’ll see how it goes. Unfortunately we purchased the same unit for my elderly mother and that one is out of warranty.

Couldn't fit a queen size blanket at all thick or thin despite claiming to be 10kg load capacity couldn't spin dry the blanket at all and didn't even fully wet the blanket , second load was a donoa cover a sheet and pillow cases , the pillow case that came out even more dirty than when it went in. DO NOT believe the reviews on sites like Harvey Norman or good guys they have mainly only good review that don't tell you the issues of this product , buy another brand and not this load of crap.
