Makes watering a large area easy – The Hoselink weeper hose can water 15 metres of garden bed evenly. Water is aimed at the roots of plants not the foliage and can be left in the bed to use again and again.

Pleasure to Use – If you've tried a few inferior watering tools and you're fed-up with how poorly they are built; this one may be for you. As per the name it is… Read more

comfortable to use, and after you select the pattern you want you can adjust flow easily with the thumb-valve. It's solid and well-built, and a genuine pleasure to use after owning quite a few of the unreliable brands with nozzles that don't click into position and flow controls that just rust out and fail. I also liked the sensible set of spray patterns (many of the cheapies have weird patterns that are not useful and only exist to add features). This one has a "mist" pattern that sprays an ultra fine mist useful for ferns or seedlings or whatever. I do rave about Hoselink gear - I'm not attached to them and pay for all of it - because while its a few bucks more expensive it's all great stuff. And their customer service is best in class.

A solution to a problem that others are experiencing with Hoselink reels – We had previously purchased two of these hose reels and unfortunately birds were trying to nest inside via the wide gap where the hose feeds in. I… Read more

wrote to Hoselink at the time asking if they had a solution to this problem. I was told that they didn't and that they had not received any other complaints re. this. We needed two further hose reels recently and I thought the picture on the website showed a change of design and placed an order. Unfortunately the design had not changed and I wrote to them again asking if they could come up with a design to prevent this happening (as we still have straw stuck at the bottom of the original reel which we cannot remove and hence the hose doesn't retract fully). I had a nice reply in response but basically giving the same reply as before. I found it hard to believe that we were the only ones experiencing this issue. I looked on your website and saw there have been many people complaining over the years not only of birds trying to nest inside, but also tree frogs. Each time Hoselink replied to those complaints, they said they had no solution. But my husband has come up with an easy, cheap solution for this, which I hope will be helpful to other Hoselink owners. He cut a piece of polypipe the length of the gap, bent it into a V shape and it just slots inside the gap when not in use. It is simply removed when we need to use the hose and then popped back in again afterwards. (Photo below). I forwarded a photo of this to Hoselink and was told that their Product Department had been advised and would be working on something. It is a simple fix and something that Hoselink could sell as an optional extra. Even though they may not use anything similar to what my husband has come up, they have many options i.e. put a small flap on the cover that would cover the gap, but allow for the hose to feed out underneath or even attach a line of smooth brushes along the top of the gap. I am posting this review as I hope it will be helpful to other people who are experiencing issues.

Hoselink’s Oscillating Sprinkler is not fit for purpose. ISSUE RESOLVED – The customer service resolved my issue successfully. Thank you I purchased this oscillating sprinkler with the fertiliser spray mixer on the 8th of… Read more

November. I was incredibly happy with the quality of both products. Unfortunately, after a month I noticed the oscillating sprinkler would stop when it was due to swing back. This was incredibly frustrating, as I would put the sprinkler on, go inside and come out to find it stuck, not knowing how long it had been in that position. Using it paused in one position does not sufficiently water an area. As the sprinkler does not oscillate reliably, it is for all intents and purposes useless. I wrote a review on their webpage (approximately Jan 16th), my 1 star review has not appeared, however, the latest review is dated 23/02/2023.

Disappointed soaker – I bought a soaker hose from Bunnings which split after 15 minutes use. Bought another (different brand) that too, split after a short period of use. … Read more

So I thought I’d try the Hoselink soaker hose and it didn’t split! Good! Great! However after 12 months, the Hoselink soaker has not only split, but completely snapped in half in several places when I picked it up to mow the grass. The hose had completely lost any flexibility and had turned brittle; perhaps due to no UV treatment from the sun’s rays?
