none available in Australia, I have been trying to purchase one for 5 months to no avail so I am now regretting buying a Yamaha instead of a Honda. If you cant buy spares don't buy the product!.

inverter board was faulty and needed to be replaced and that the root cause was the alternator. Cost to fix is going to cost more than to buy a brand new one. Not happy!

Too expensive for the money ($4000+) – Much better than the 2000 but still will not run a genuine 3000watt load! Needs remote start for overload situation as standard. Doesn't like dusty… Read more

roads at all! Had to pull into a Yamaha Dealer at Port Hedland and remove the Economy Mode toggle switch because it would not operate because it was clogged with dust. Dealer was fantastic! I think it was called Pilbera Boats and Bikes.

it. The generator failed to reset itself after having a problem there. I am abit concern with this a it should of done so for the safety aspect. I have been told to fix the problem it is going to cost me $4500. Which is a bit concerning as you think a product of this quality you should get a bit more life out the generator. So how many more people have spend the extra money on this product thinking I will buy the name of it for the quality assurance, just to find out that product has not provided or lived up to its reputation and expectations. I feel that I should of purchased a cheaper No name brand of generator like my family members, which there’s is still operational. My next generator will not be a Yamaha. Can do without this headache again, very disappointed on the amount of money that I spent on buying this crap will be telling other people if they want to purchase one, don’t do as when you need it it will let you down.
