Poor quality control, terrible support – After paying $3,400 for our new gas cooktop we were looking forward to a quality product. On installation, two of the six burners have proved defective and one knob doesn’t work to trigger gas ignition. Was there any quality control checking during manufacture at all? More than a week and several calls to PRKS (Franke) “Customer Care” later, we are still struggling to get a service booking to even look at the problem let alone get any parts prior to a repair. Be wary of any claims Franke make to quality or customer satisfaction.
