No back up – Fine while it's going BUT no spare parts. Franke freestanding stove no replacement trivets unavailable or oven parts. zero help to find equivalents. I now have to replace my whole unit. Certainly not with anything Franke. So much for Swiss quality.

Purchased in for $1,500.

Excellent – Absolutely love this cooktop. Definitely makes cooking fun. Trivets lift off revealing a lovely smooth surface for cleaning. 5 stars for cooking and 5 stars for ease of cleaning. Well worth the price. Great to use. Plenty of space on cooktop. Extremely easy to clean. Wok burner is fantastic, really heats things up. Still haven't discovered any.
