Don't buy it! – This is a very badly made cooktop. The stainless steel is low grade and prone to severe pitting and scratches even with gentle cleaning. The material… Read more

used in the wok burner ring is wearing after only 1 year and the trivets are rusting.

Burners are adequate but sometimes tricky to start. Wok burner has great heat but that's the only decent thing about it.

I will never buy Westinghouse rubbish again. Very disappointing waste of money!

Very regrettable purchase – I purchased this cooktop in June 2020, was installed less than 4 weeks when noticed cook took marks very easily, even when you clean using a clean… Read more

cloth. Marks are now permanent and unable to remove. I called Westinghouse and was given advice on what to clean product with to no avail. My previous cooktop which I had for 10 years was in better condition then this one after 4 weeks wish I had never replaced it. Response from Westinghouse house is that they appreciate my disappointment! Don’t buy Westinghouse, product is sub standard and not robust.

purchased a gas cooktop in April 2026. It was fitted by a registered plumber and a compliance certificate issued. Overnight after fitting there was a… Read more

gas smell in the kitchen. I called the plumber who came straight away to check it out and was told that his work was okay. I contacted Westinghouse/electrolytes service and requested a service call. I was told to sit home from 7 am until 6 pm and await a technician. No one showed up. I must note that the service call centre is in the Philippines and language at times is very difficult. The gas leak continued and I had a further five service calls of which one I was charged an extra $80 which I reluctantly paid in the interest of safety. Electrolux where totally unable to fix the gas leak which was emanating slightly from one of the burners when it turned off. Electrolux service refused to give an approximate time for the service calls and insist that you sit and wait from 7 am until 6 pm which means time off work, they don’t care!!!!!!!!!! and a two week wait for the next available service tech to call. Did I say gas leak !!!!!!!! With the inability of electrolux/ westinghouse repair the appliance, I had to take Matters into my own hands and the gas cooktop was removed. I purchased another cooktop and had that installed again at extra cost. Suffice to say this cooktop has cost many thousands of dollars in plumbing work, replacement and time sat waiting off work. If you are considering a cooktop do not in a million years consider Westinghouse they are dangerous and offer poor or no aftercare even with a dangerous gas leak. I returned the the appliance to the retailer , Bargin home appliances in Braeside Vic and asked the rep to contact me to discuss . after 3 weeks no reply Shame on you guys !!!!!

Great cooktop – This 90cm cooktop is wonderful for my needs. Plenty of burner size options that allow you to multitask. I could have done with a little more width to… Read more

my benchtop as one larger burner at the back is close to tiled wall so pots cannot be perfectly centred. l notice that the burner location/heat intensity markings on the front panel have faded a bit already, but haven't deteriorated further.

Stainless steel quality is pathetic – Took it out of the box and wiped the dust off with a damp rag and that alone left scratches. I don’t even think it’s stainless more like aluminium. Absolutely pathetic quality of material. Show details
