LED indication stopped working, contacted itechworld technical services, spoke with Noora who was excellent in handling the warranty claim and promptly dispatching a replacement unit. Could not ask for better service. Well done!

not worth the trouble – itech world redback 3.5 generator, is disappointing, it cant run any more then my old 2.2 Honda. And when doing that it is very noisy it can only run a fan heater plus a 60 watt battery charger., not worth buying. Show details
