warranty. I had issues in which my chair didn't turn on and they sent out an electrician until the issue was solved.
The chair has V - Hand Technology, the rollers roll along your neck & shoulder contour which helps relief tight neck and shoulders. It also rolls all the way down to the hip and butt. It is so comfortable, a lot of friends and family have fell asleep during the massage.
The control panel is concealed which is a good design.
The chair also has an easy Bluetooth connection. The sound quality is decent.
The chair reclines 145 degrees and the size of the chair is decent. I feel it's big for me as I'm petit. We've had family and friends come over and test it, they all enjoyed it alot.
The quality of the material seems good as we've had it for a while now and it still looks new.
We bought it during mother's day sale and it's on sale again for Black Friday. The price hasn't dropped so I felt like it was a good purchase.

the money for parts which should be obviously covered under warranty, the customer service person is so rude arrogant, they have zero customer service values, I had recommended people in the past to buy the chair but little I knew that I would be struggling to get a minor warranty issue sorted.

needed to wait 2- 3 weeks before someone come to repair. now it had broken again, but the warranty just finished, they said there can only buy once extent warranty. God knows how much will cost. Last time I asked the repair service guy, why the new chair was so easy to break. He told me not to use everyday and don't use it over 30 mins. then I ask him how about the one in the store that get use every day and every hour, he just shut up.
