couldn't buy Thompsons for a couple of months so I bought another brand in the meantime. Finally I was able to buy Thompsons but unfortunately, after taking Thompsons for several weeks, not only did I not notice any improvement in my hair growth or condition but my nails actually became brittle and weak. I stopped taking it and went back to a different brand which has resulted in a noticeable improvement.

I had a funny reaction one time, took 2 before bed, woke up in the middle of the night, high off my rocks and my nerve was completely calm, woke up and it was calm throughout the day until the next day when it came back. But hey at least it gave me a short break from it all.
Love Thompson’s products, the iron is really potent and works really well too. If your doctor wants you on 500mg of iron for several months, take the Thompson’s one instead like I did, you only need to take it for 2 weeks and your iron should go back to normal.
Always have another test after the 2 weeks to check your levels and take longer if needed though, as you are all different from me and what works for me might’n work the same for you.

found that it takes quite a long time for that to happen and so i end up just chewing them. They have a very flowery taste, not the cherry taste they advertise. In terms of health, I can't really say I feel a difference, but I guess it would be a very subtle thing anyway. I also found them to be expensive. The delivery was really quick though. fast delivery, do not contain animal products flowery taste, expensive, not the best flavour
