which arrived without all its parts. Plus, it was poor quality, pegs breaking during attempted construction. The returns policy seemed straight forward, until their courier picked up a mattress I had just had delivered (despite the correct product being correctly labelled and packaged next to it awaiting pickup with a handy post-it note saying it was ready for transport to boot). Many days later, I am still waiting for confirmation that they took my mattress, let alone its return. In short, kogan.com's attention to detail is atrocious when it comes to both packaging items correctly and returns and correcting mistakes. My biggest understatement in a while - their products and service are sub par. The only thing that is XL is their mediocrity and ineptitude. Sorry guys. Don't buy here.
