could tell by the dodgy packaging no “SolaGarden” branding.

I purchased deck lights x 8 for $74. And Upgraded LED ground lights x 4 for $79.

Deck lights are $5.24 for 16 of them.

Ground lights are $8.35 for 12 of them.

As you can see, their markup is astronomical, which explains how they can just replace them for you when they inevitably break in a few months. It’ll take years of replacements before they’d take a loss, and by then most people would just give up with the process.

Such a scammy & unethical business model SMH.

Also took the supplied pump option; they were very cost competitive and a good pump, the Davey HS60-08T and that works a charm. Make sure you follow their pre-work instructions, as we did (!) because you cannot put these on rough ground. Also you do need aggregate around the tank as they say, because water run off erodes crusher dust very quickly. Highly recommended as a supplier for your tank.

it would take 2 days. It took 2 weeks (we couldn't use our backyard in the meantime). - The left a massive mess behind (we had to clean up) - The quality was terrible. Very lumpy. Massive gaps. Looked nothing like the photos - The claimed it was 'dog proof'. Our cavoodle puppy was able to lift up a corner and tear the grass in a few minutes. - They denied our warranty claim because they had a management restructure. Why do I deserve a crappy lawn because they move some staff around? I got no apology either. I have to resort to legal action if I want any resolution.

I now have to spend lots more and replace it with real grass. These guys are the worst.

referred me on to two terrific guys who visited our place and gave clear and sensible advice - neither tried to talk up the work to transform it into a big, expensive job. That was great and one of them is coming to do some repairs and replacement of parts of our current system. But Sunshower itself has been really helpful in giving me advice on splitting the current system in our back yard into two separate zones - I didn't need the professionals to do that bit - and sending me off with all of the things I needed, including a new dual zone timer. Again, they were honest and gave sensible advice, and didn't try to sell me the most expensive timer. So I have come away with from my two visits to their shop feeling very positive about their honesty and practical knowledge.

The shed arrived visibly damaged, with dents, scratches, and materials that appear flimsy and substandard. For a product sold as “new,” the condition was extremely disappointing and honestly looked second-hand. It does not reflect the quality or durability that was advertised or that a reasonable customer would expect.

What has been most frustrating is the lack of accountability from the company. After raising the issue and providing evidence of the damage, they have refused to take responsibility or offer a reasonable solution. Instead of supporting their product, they have dismissed the concerns entirely.

I paid for a brand-new, functional shed, not a damaged, poor-quality structure and a customer service battle. This experience has been disappointing from both a product and service perspective.

I would not recommend purchasing from this company based on the quality of goods and their after-sales support and care factor of zero.

Product exactly as described. Works better than I could have expected. Easy to install, but you need to be accurate in positioning. Thoroughly recommended to anyone with a whipper snipper !

driver drop back when in the area once the tanks place to drill the holes for fittings. Everyone at WC Polly were keen to help and our delivery driver DJ who is a top bloke returned with a smile on his face to do the inlet and outlet holes. The tanks are substantial and the value 2 x 25000 tanks inc fittings, a Davey pump and the holes being drilled and fitting them was an exceptional experience. we're very grateful.

poor work Manager advised they cannot assist and will speak to the original paver - needless to say that is where it ended Were some scratches in travertine stone and asked for advice on how to polish or buff or remove scratch marks - was referred to go to Bunnings and ask them How can they sell a product and not provide advice on maintenance thereof ? Promised to send 3 tradies for quotes - only one pitched. Not geared for quality and customer service and I would strongly recommend getting your own tradie should one be interested in buying their pavers .
