tightened. This is pointless, it does not matter how much you tighten the bed, IT SQUEAKS, also, hurts my back!!

Sooooo squeaky. Very uncomfortable, which has caused back pain. No matter how often you tighten the screws it's still squeaky. The head board is flimsy and you can not lean on it.

I contacted Customer Service, sent a video, explained the back pain. Advised I changed the frame to a different base and I no longer have back pain.

The Head Office response: "Unfortunately the warranty was unsuccessful, Step 12 and step 14 on the instruction ( photo attached ) the areas affected just needed tightening. The video shows proof of being loose. If you can rebuild the bed and tighten the areas to be tight and send more videos we can look into in the future. Sorry there is nothing more I can do on the matter other than look at new evidence."

I have emailed back with some reviews and the health concern.

The response was unsatisfactory, no concern for my back issues, just wanted more photos of the squeaky bed!!
