Best Noa Mattresses

Single) and the Queen mattress arrived first, as the King Single was on backorder. After using the mattress for a few weeks we decided to order the Luxe version instead, and return the Lite version. We contacted Noa and requested for the return, and also requested to cancel the King Single (which hadn't been delivered yet) as we decided to change this to a Lite version. The lady we spoke to advised that we could return the Queen as per the 120 night trial, and could also return the unused King Single. As the King Single had been despatched during the trial of the Queen, they couldn't cancel the delivery, however they advised we could contact them to arrange the return as soon as it arrived. I triple checked with the lady, and she confirmed there would be no charges. When the King Single arrived, the box was heavily damaged. We advised Noa that we refused the delivery and wanted to continue with the return of the Queen & the King Single. They advised the Queen could be returned, but not the King Single. After 10+ phone calls and multiple emails, the agents finally listened to the recordings and confirmed that we had been incorrectly advised that we could return both. Despite being misled, they initially refused to accept a return on the end mattress, and then finally offered to provide a refund less a 15% restocking fee on the King Single. Based on the experience we've had, we're not going to be buying a Noa mattress again.
