delivery partners. Despite my repeated inquiries, it wasn't until after several calls that they finally provided me with a tracking number. Upon checking with their delivery partners, I discovered that they had scheduled the pick-up for December 5th, not before. This oversight caused a significant delay in the delivery process. What frustrated me even more was their failure to acknowledge the mistake. Instead, they seemed to gaslight me, downplaying the issue. Now, on December 13th, the mattress has yet to arrive, and I find myself in an inconvenient situation. Had I known about the delay from the outset, I could have made alternative sleeping arrangements. Unfortunately, I've been sleeping on the couch for the past two weeks, anticipating the arrival of the mattress. The lack of transparency and accountability in the delivery process has been disappointing, and I hope they address these issues for future customers.
Defective Sofa material, their photos are fake!!! – Terrible company, they have photoshopped images of their sofas on the website to hide defects. The real sofa material looks completely different to all marketing shown, even on their zoomed in images. Sofa material is not uniform in colour and has white patches all over. they cannot guarantee how the sofa on their website will look like on our computer monitor and that we should have got material samples. I have no issue with colour variation between a screen and real life, but they think we are stupid and cannot tell the difference between the fabric they show online and the defective white patches all over the material they delivered.
I even sent them a photo (shown below) of the sofa at a similar angle of their main product image and they look nothing alike. They are saying that the defective material is a feature of their sofas. If that was the case, why did they Photoshop the defects out of all images?
Absolutely laughable, joke of a company. As a prior owner of a furniture store, I can confirm their reasoning is rubbish. Do not buy from this company, stick to Aussie owned brands.

Once your order has been processed, our third party transporter will contact you to confirm a suitable delivery date." The processing of my order should happen the next business day, the shipping date should be updated. And you should answer the phone instead of letting it go to message bank. Absolute rubbish to say the least. This Noa mattress is only 3yrs old – The mattress has come away from the sides where you can see all the layers of foam etc. Clearly seen on photos below that I have attached. I have been in contact via email but I have been told that this is not covered under their 14yr limited warranty. that causes foam to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling is covered. The company are now saying that it's a wear and tear issue. Very dishonest. One very satisfied customer – I purchased the Noa queen mattress in June this year and have been extremely happy with it. I find it very comfortable and am sleeping well. I love its firmness and, while it is early days, I see no evidence of possible changes in shape or sagging I had no issues with the purchase and the mattress was delivered on schedule. Wouldn't recommend – We have had our Noa for 5-6 years. Unfortunately it hasn't stood the test of time, I would expect a solid 10 years for any mattress and it has not delivered. supportive, it has dipped significantly on both sides and we have a mound in the middle of the bed. This loss in shape started about 1.5-2years of having it, despite turning the mattress frequently too and keeping in mind both of us only weigh 60-70kg. It is extremely hot to sleep in. Perhaps the newer technology is better but I wake up sweating no matter what season despite breathable sheets and a light feather duvet, an issue I never had in the past until this mattress. The positives .... it was good at the start, and you don't get disturbed by your partner moving, that's all I have to say about it.

When we decided to return the mattress, we contacted Noa and went through a lengthy process. They assured us they would arrange for someone to pick up the mattress, but that promise went unfulfilled for over a month. We had to repeat this frustrating cycle three times before they finally suggested we find a donation option ourselves, promising a refund.
However, the donation organizations we contacted couldn't pick up the mattress until five months later, which exceeded the 120-day trial period. When we explained this to Noa, they had no response, leaving us with both the mattress and no refund for this terrible experience.
In summary, we strongly advise AGAINST purchasing a Noa mattress. It's a recipe for sleepless nights and disappointment. Additionally, it's worth noting that Noa seems to have their mattresses perpetually on sale on their website, which calls into question the authenticity of their pricing and promotions. It's truly a shame.

Company policies are poor – I ordered a Queen mattress for my new home. 2 days in to the order I get an email stating that something went wrong when I put down my order and that there are actually no queen mattresses available. since it’s an urgent matter, which they refuse. I then offer to upgrade myself to a luxe if they could deliver it to me asap. To which they respond ‘No, that will be placed as a new order and you’ll have to wait another 2-10 business days for process and delivery’
So basically - they’re absolutely unwilling to meet me half way. If I would’ve known that their warehouse was out I would’ve just chosen another company in the first place.
Anyway, got a refund and ordered from Koala instead - delivery on Monday (less than 1 business day). So this is not the company to order from if you want reliability and fast delivery.

Terrible delivery and return/refund experience – Mattress was delivered without a box and in plastic wrapping and it was visibly dirty. The delivery men claimed that it didn't have the box and they're just delivering as-is. The return/refund experience is equally frustrating. They've picked the mattress a few days ago but still could not start the refund process because they're waiting for their internal confirmation process (in writing). There's no warranty on the mattress – We found the mattress comfortable, but two of the handles ripped away when the mattress was being put into place; one handle ripped when lifted by my wife, who's 5'2" and 50kg. Noa said they'd replace the mattress, but then changed their mind and say they won't. If there's a fault with the mattress they won't repair or replace it, so buy something else that comes with a proper warranty. Show details

Zero star! No delivery, false advertising, terrible customer service and they want to charge you for cancellation – Do not buy from this company unless you are after an imaginary mattress. story about the delivery status - some says arrived/scanned in at the local depot, others says still in transit. Finally I am fed up with the lies, and decided to cancel. This is when Noa says they will need to charge a 50$ cancellation fee dispite of the very late delivery.

recieve the delivery, yet, it was not delivered and there were no communications from Noa. I have called Noa daily since then, sent 2 emails, and 1 FB message. I have been told on the phone that it appears the mattress is "missing", and they will look into it, an email and FB respose say also stating that they will look into it. Yet, no one follows this up, no one has ever called, and we are still without the mattress. Today I have asked for a refund, and even that seems like a process, and can't be done without other administarial steps being taken. To be honest, I dont care about the steps behind the scenes, I just want the money back now so that we can buy a mattress from their direct competitor.
UPDATE: Noa admited that they lost the mattress as they were supplying their distributors with an incorrect order number. Therefore they agreed to pay me my full refund. It is now over 3 weeks on since they agreed the full refund, and I still have not recieved this.

Congratulations, worst service....ever – We were setting up an apartment in Brisbane over a period of a couple of weeks, then vacating for a while. So I needed mattresses that would be there reliably, on time. 2 weeks out, placed an order with Noa to allow plenty of time. times). They said, ohh we sold the last one just before you ordered, so another 2-15 days. I had 2 days to spare so gave them that just in case of a miracle. No response. According to their website, cancel before processed/shipped they refund no questions asked. Rang them to cancel, on hold for 20 mins, then just disconnected. No chat available. Sent email from their website cancelling. No response. Next day chatted to confirm the cancellation, they tried to talk me out of it then accepted the cancellation. Later that day, email from courier, your order has shipped. Contacted Noa, and from there on in their story is 'you didn't cancel in time, nothing we can do, but you can apply to return it once you get it'. I said this is ridiculaous, you need to deliver it, then pick it up? So more back and forth and now one month after ordering, no delivery, or attempt at delivery. They have no idea whats going on and are still saying they have to deliver, even though now no one will be at the apartment. Official line - if we dont deliver it could get lost...well thats your problem I said!! Maybe they have good mattresses but I wouldnt ever trust them on what they say, they are hard to contact, you get conflicting advice, email turnarounds are > 24 hours (like communicating with Mars), then the answers are copy/paste, ignoring all the points you raise. (For example, gave them a detailed timeline of events with chat history proving I cancelled in time and they basically ignore it, almost calling me a liar.) IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. Have started a charge back with my bank, then off to consumer affairs, where I'll point out the dont even have a formal complaints process. that if it couldn't be delivered by this date, then yes, please cancel the order. They then said that there was one mattress in stock and it would be delivered to me by then. Fine. Then I didn't hear from the delivery people (who were just as, if not more useless). On the friday before I needed it delivered I finally managed to speak to someone at the delivery company and they confirmed it would be delivered on time. Then I got a message from them on the delivery date to contact them to arrange delivery!!!! So then they said they had someone who could deliver it that night. I stayed home all night. No delivery. So, the next day I sent a message to Noa asking them again to cancel it and refund my money, as it had not been delivered by the agreed upon date, so I could go by a bed. Then I got a message back from Noa saying their mattress had been delivered to me, with a confirmation screen shot from the delivery company that said they were at my place at a time I was actually home (and I definitely did not receive any deliveries). It was all lies and stalling tactics because I'm sure they never had the mattress in stock. So I told them that if they did not cancel the order and refund my money, as they had originally offered to do, I would take it to consumer affairs/the ombudsman. Eventually they refunded my money. So I never got the mattress. But I would never order from this company as I'm sure they would give you the run around if you decided to return the mattress during the trial period. Lengthy delivery – Similar to Felix H's honest review below, I wanted to describe the overall process of my purchasing experience with Noa. periodically checking the website. The reason for checking many times is because well it took 4.5 weeks for the mattress to be delivered. Again, their website states the mattress is in stock and ready for delivery within 2-10 business days. All I can say is - be prepared for a much longer wait. After a couple of weeks of waiting (and checking productreview) I reached out to customer support to check on the order. I was finally provided a tracking number through Australia Post. Great, I thought, strange that this wasn't provided earlier, but at least I have something now. I watched the days go by and no update on the AusPost tracking other than "in transit". I finally reached out to AusPost who stated that although the delivery was past it's expected delivery date (what delivery date? This had never been provided) I was assured it would come by the end of the following week. The following week came and went, but I knew from reading other reviews on this website that it was surely not an AusPost issue. So I contacted Noa support, asking for an update. It took 2 days for Noa to respond with, and I quote "We truly apologize for the for the delays in getting your order delivered as promised. We can assure you that we're following this with our third party transporter to ensure it's delivered the soonest possible." A response with no factual update or tangible information. A few days later I received an email with a tracking number from Hunter Express. No information on the email that the order was the mattress, no email from Noa providing the new tracking information. And what about the AusPost tracking? Well, even after the mattress has been delivered the AusPost tracking is still sitting "in transit". Thankfully the mattress arrived after 4.5 weeks, and I received a text message from Noa asking to confirm if the mattress had been delivered. I can say that the mattress feels like quality and is a nice blend between firm and soft. It is quite a high mattress due to the soft topping layer, however. All in all I am lucky that due to another factor outside of my control I was able to wait the total shipping time for the mattress, but if it was another week longer I would have been in deep trouble. Please Noa, keep your customers updated with what's REALLY going on, be transparent. The lack of communication is hurting your brand.

With regards to customer service, don't call them, you get sent straight to voicemail. Email is the only option it seems which luckily got me a response in 1-2 days. However, the constant reassurance of the mattress coming soon and ambiguous answers(reported by many others too) needs to stop. Customers shouldn't have to constantly contact customer support to receive updates which aren't even accurate all the time, rather a tracking number must be added to stop customers being left in a confused limbo state. NOA have half-arsed this by allowing customers to see the order status on their website....which is always stuck on 'processing' and never updates.
The mattress is quite comfortable, medium-firm as promised and was easy to install. The quality and value of the mattress by far trumps the hellish waiting period and tedious delivery process. If you order from NOA just make sure you have a VERY high-level of patience.
