waste of money – Nice style and great size but made out of cheap crap materials, looks nice for a short while but it rusts out and everything degrades very very quickly. Show details

Unhappy buyer - Too much money for too little umbrella – Spent $800 on an umbrella that was kept in its protective cover from day one and didn’t last 20 uses. I do not recommend this umbrella. Unstable in a light breeze. Slide adjuster broke in no time. Show details

Don’t waste your money – Used a couple of times. Never in gusty winds. Plastic broke on one of the arms because of poor quality. Less than a year old and cost over $800.00.… Read more

Went back to Bunnings who referred me to the company. Sent them pictures who said it was wind damage and suggested I purchase the piece of plastic join for $125 and fix it myself as warranty didn’t cover wind damage. Bunnings then sent me a quote to buy a new one and have it installed! You can see by the pictures these umbrella's are made with cheap plastic connectors. The truth is the warranty don’t cover anything because they will always blame the wind. One has to question what they mean by 'wind' because most days we have wind which then eliminates any claim! Consumer Affairs needs to be investigating this shonky practice. I will be making a claim.

tight and loose as a trial and error but no luck. Poor support ... instruction is quite poor. I got another gazebo as replacement but its not a case. Replacent was suggested from bunnings. I have just used gear mechanism rail from new lot. But to me nothing was wrong in original piece. finally i have tightened gear mechanism bolt more tightened than any other bolts and it works. all other crank mechanism screws are soft to medium tight.

Zero After-Sale Service – To be fair, the purchase, delivery and 95% of the construction was great, but there was a significant issue with the step involving ONE piece that… Read more

simply did not work, despite hours of focus on this ONE step and attempts to redo it in various configurations to account for errors in the instructions and diagrams. This happens sometimes when putting together boxes items.

The reason for the 1 star review is because NO attempts to get help or advice have proven successful. I sent a message to the company and was promised a phone call which never came and there was no way to reply to the email telling me they'd call. An attempt to submit the official feedback form from bunnings, in which I stated that I really needed help, was met with an email from the manager saying they were sorry I wasn't happy, but offering no option for assistance. Again, it was a no reply email.

The after sale service is simply non existent and ruins what could be a good product. As a result, I would NOT recommend this product. This may change if help arrives at some point before I dismantle and return the product for a refund.

Extremely unhappy with this purchase. the textilene sling – the material used as the base support in this seat, sags significantly and quickly! In a… Read more

short time I found this effected the comfort when lying down. My seat was outdoors and i found the fabric collected rain like a pond. I also found the seat to be too low, maybe great if you are really short, but difficult to get off if you are tall. Cushions blow over in the slightest breeze as they do not attach anywhere. I got rid of mine. Next time i will pay more and buy a better-quality aluminium seat.
