Dine Cat Food – My complaint is all Dine cat food in the square container. Supposed to to 85grams. Carton has been short filled for some time now. When I complained… Read more

I was told it was my kitchen scales when clearly the container is not being filled as in the past. Mars were happy to send me a reply paid envelope so they could weight the product , however, they failed to say they would compensate me my purchase if I did this. I declined their offer and have not heard from them since. So sick of companies short changing us. Refer my Kellogg Sultana Bran Buds review. At least they gave compensation while blaming production error.

its perfect for an afternoon treat rather than giving him a full meal. Adding a bit of water to it makes it go even further and helps adding more water to your cats diet. I can't recommend these highly enough. Go and try one!

which is not available yet in supermarkets but pet shops (bought it from Pet Circle). Delivered 07.03.25 when i opened the parcel one of the boxes isn’t quite right. It looked old stock, as seen in photo. When i opened it the next day to give to my cats, the tin was dented, i checked the others and they are also dented and the front opening was bulging, but expiry date when checked is 2026, yet the way it is, it’s not because the tins were squeezed tight in the parcel - got plenty of room. My initial reaction was how could that be - it’s like it’s not good for consumption - can’t risk giving it to my cats.i have always had this bad experience with Dine food whenever i ordered it online. In May, the 4 boxes i ordered (Salmon) wasn’t the same i got from Woolies or Coles. Please see attached photos of recent purchased of said new product of Dine. And for their quality control or their warehouse, or Pet Circle warehouse - whose responsibility is it to check and ensure their packing and delivery of their products are alright for consumption even if they are cats - they need to be safe too in what they eat.
