sleeper and the neck dented side seemed great but the foam squashes low during the night and it wakes me with shoulder ache. Unfortunately, it's a NO from me. Purchased at Myer on sale and I can't comment about the heat factor from it as I'm using it in winter. It did have a strong rubbery smell though particularly on one side compared to the other.

it’s too soft which means you won’t get adequate support so your spine is aligned and comfortable. After call Denton’s head office for a solution, I was provided with no support and was told I chose the incorrect pillow. I responded by saying it’s a bit hard to know if the pillow is correct when it’s in a sealed box with no demo pillow available! After buying their pillows for decades, they have lost me. Be careful spending nearly $200 for a pillow without trying it first, learn from my mistake.

right through it. Having talked to Dentons customer support they asked me to return and discovered it failed the pressure test. They replaced it very quickly but the new Classic Impressions I received had a profile height of 14 cm, 2 cm higher than the specified 12 cm. Having sent 2 emails and called customer support on numerous occasions over the past 3 weeks no one from Dentons has contacted me. The whole organisation's Customer Support is a mere 15 hours per week and is appalling. Not sure how this pillow won the Choice award - obviously they were supplied with a correctly specified pillow.

Update: Dentons did finally respond and swapped the 14cm pillow for a 10cm pillow at no cost. However the pillow still has a totally different feel to the one I tried at Myer. It’s a very firm pillow and a bit too low even for me as a back sleeper. Customer Support are now available 4 days/ week.
