incorrect pillow. I responded by saying it’s a bit hard to know if the pillow is correct when it’s in a sealed box with no demo pillow available! After buying their pillows for decades, they have lost me. Be careful spending nearly $200 for a pillow without trying it first, learn from my mistake.

Dentons pillows are not the same as before as the shape and support collapsed in 3 months. Compared to my 5 year old dentons the new version is half the weight. What a shame they are now using rubbish foams. Took it back and replaced it with a very good dunlopillo. Dentons did not respond to my email and that says it all. Show details

Why change a product that worked – The new design high profile contour pillow is so uncomfortable and unsupportive so much so that my snoring has returned. I have to spin the pillow throughout the night to find the high side as it loses its integrity so I don't get a good night's sleep. Dentons impressions low classic pillows - not low and too hard – I bought 2 Dentons impressions low classic pillows. Too high and hard. It does support neck, but because its high and doesnt mould enough into your head (as its too hard), it feels like your head is on a small mini step. The foam seems to be bricky, not moulding. Disappointed – I have owned and sworn by my previous three high profile pillows. They offered everything I wanted. Height, firmness and quality. Mid October 2021 I purchased a new one on special at Myer and it is a poor relative to the previous ones. It is not as high, not as firm and the white zipped cover is too big for the pillow. Pillow has unbearable chemical smell – I purchased a Dentons High Profile pillow two months ago and it is still releasing an unbearable chemical smell. When I use it, I wake up with nausea, headaches and red, irritated eyes. I usually swear by Dentons High Profile pillows. I've been buying them for years and have never had any problems. bed to buy and I was so impressed that I took the pillow home that day. BUT, what I didn't realise is that when taking it to one bed to another, the memory foam would bounce back to its full size which did not give me a full example of neck support.

The pillow itself is fantastic, and as is the neck support for the first minute or so, however, after having my head on it for a few minutes the neck support flattened out giving no support, but in having said that, I am not waking up with muscle pain in my neck. Having said that, I still say that the rest of the pillow is fantastic.. just wish the neck support did not flatten down as that is where we need it when lying on our sides. It means that I spent over $150 for a pillow that I cant use or with limited use.. but it is still way better than cheap pillows.

Great Pillow – My partner and I had Dunlopillo high profile latex pillows for 8 yrs. Had to buy new ones and thought I would try Denton's. We are both plus size and side sleepers. I love it. Fantastic supportive pillow – I mostly sleep on my side and find it hard to get a pillow which supports my neck properly untl this pillow. Smells Very Bad – I bought two Dentons low profile pillows a week ago and they are still badly off gassing. The smell at this stage makes them unusable, they are still airing on the verandah. Very disappointing indeed given the price and the fact that our head is directly on the surface and we would be breathing in the strong chemical smell all night. for another 2 weeks, so I would say give it 4 weeks for the smell to go. The smell is why this product does not get 5 stars. Also the product changed from my 1st pillow to the 3rd, it seems a little smaller and the high profile side is not as high, which is a slight annoyance. I also wish Dentons would just make the profile sides the same height, I find getting it on the right side for sleeping something I shouldn't have to worry about with a $99 pillow. You will find them on special for $55 online and through Myer at their sale time. While I love this pillow and it makes me fall asleep in seconds because my neck feels so supported, I am keen to see what else is on the market for next time. I am not a big framed person, but a 63 kg thin build, so the marketing is a bit off there as well. It is perfect for neck support and getting your spine in a straight line all the way through.

Dentons now use inferior Chinese low grade memory foam, without a memory, do not waste your money!! – I have used Denton's about 5 years ago, at that time they were simply the best available, but now are rubbish, I wasted $400.00 on 3 of these pillows and are truly disgusted in the quality!! they are now in the bin!! Show details

Best pillow I have ever used – I take this pillow everywhere I go. within about a day of using this pillow and I will continue to use this pillow for as long as they're available. If they're being discontinued I will buy them in bulk! I am a side sleeper but it is also comfortable for those occasional times I feel like sleeping on my back.

covers, left the pillows put in the sun for a couple of days, sprinkled them with bi-carb, but they still stink and are unusable. What a disappointment. Based on this, I can no longer recommend them.

Finally Discovered The Perfect Pillow! – Couldn't be happier with this pillow. I have tried countless others and none seem to give me enough support. I am a very restless sleeper and generally find myself tossing and turning because my pillow is too low. I am 185cm tall and solid build and the high profile Dentons pillow is just brilliant, I am finally getting a proper sleep! the neck works well. It helps promote correct sleeping posture. It does restrict movement during sleep. In my case this is a good thing as I often move into a bad posture position during my sleep.

I shopped around for many different brands and couldn't find one higher or firmer than this. My only regret was spending $90 at myer. I should have bargained as Harris scarfe always has discounts on their website and listed it for $56.

My old Denton pillow is fine after 3 years so hopefully this will last at least a decade. My only reason for buying this new one is my old Denton pillow was the medium height pillow and too low for my needs. I still got a good sleep from it though.

For those people who have never spent more than $20 on a pillow from a department store, believe me, if you find a pillow suitable for your needs, the extra $$$ is worth it. After 10 years I had to trade it in for a second pillow, as it had gotten soft

The new pillow seemed be very hard, so I sat on it for 6 months- until the old one was unusuable- and have used it for the last 11 years and it is going strong. The pillow doesnt seem to have any dust or smell to it and the cover is washable

I take it everywhere I can with me, and dislike sleeping without it.

The price hasn't gone up, and is actually can be much cheaper online.

It was worth paying $85 for it when I was living on $250 a week, and I am buying a new one now for the dim and distant future when this one becomes unusable. I hope they never stop making them! I will use them until one of us is no longer around.

I have slept on other latex and memory foam pillows and they are inferior! Loved everything about it. Super comfy pillow that really helped my neck.
